A native Texan, John Willhoite was born in Denison, Texas, grew up in Irving, Texas, attended Arlington State College, and relocated to the Houston area in 1972. John currently resides in Pearland, Texas. As such, John has a deeply-rooted familiarity with the greater Houston area. John has over 40 years of sales and marketing experience. Selling real estate and representing his clients with honesty and integrity is a passion for John. You can place your confidence in his ability, experience, and dependability. John enjoys meeting people and understands the needs of business owners, due to his first hand knowledge of previously owning restaurants and experience in the energy industry.

John is an active member at Sagemont Church and is very proud of his youngest grandson who recently returned from his service in the United States Marine Corps.
